2026 Pool Information

The Timnath Ranch Metropolitan District pools are scheduled to open for Memorial Day Weekend 2026. To ensure uninterrupted access to the pool facilities, all residents must complete the required pool waiver forms prior to use.
Please note that residents must be current on all Metropolitan District Operations & Maintenance Fees to receive pool access.

New for 2026 – Pool Key Card Access
Beginning this season, the District will transition to a pool key card access system. Each household will receive one key card, which will provide access to both pool facilities. Residents will be required to pick up their pool key card at the pool located at 4950 School House Drive.

The District provides residents access to the following pool facilities:
- 4950 School House Drive
- 6424 Saddle Horn Drive
Pool Operations
Please be advised that the West Village Pool will have a pool attendant on-site to monitor access. However, lifeguards will not be present. Pool use is at your own risk.
Pool hours are subject to change due to weather conditions or operational needs. The District does not issue notifications for temporary pool closures due to inclement weather.
Please note the minimum age is 16, anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Lifeguards and pool attendants have the authority to enforce all pool rules.
- No one will be allowed in the swimming area unless the pool is open and a lifeguard is on duty.
- No running, rough play, dunking, wrestling, or other improper conduct causing undue disturbances on or about the pool.
- No diving.
- Objects or items deemed to be dangerous or unsafe by lifeguard are not permitted in pool area.
- No glass allowed in the pool deck.
- All swimmers must shower before using the pool.
- Pool users must wear swimming suits or swimming trunks upon entry into the pool. Clothing such as cut-offs, gym shorts and underwear are not acceptable.
- Inner tubes, inflated boats, and rafts are not permitted in the pools. Small toys or balls may be allowed in the pools at the Manger’s discretion.
- Persons with open sores or skin diseases are not permitted in the pool. Any person who or have had diarrhea in the past two weeks, should not enter the water.
- No animals, other than a registered service animal will be allowed.
- No tobacco use permitted, nor are any vaping or other mechanical smoking devices allowed.
- No alcohol allowed.
- Staff has the authority to close the pool due to weather emergencies, water contamination, etc. – National Lightning Safety Institute guidelines will be followed in determining if the pool must be cleared during storm.
- Failure to comply with staff or follow pool rules can result in loss of access.
- No cloth or disposable diapers. Swim diapers only.
- Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
